Opening Day for Houston Astros

The Houston Astros officially begin their 2011 season tomorrow!! It is a big day celebrated in the downtown area. Opening Day activities will begin with the first pitch thrown at 6:05 pm. For those familiar with the baseball games, you are aware that traffic builds up on Texas Avenue and affects your ability to arrive at school by closing at 6:00 pm. We will post home game reminders so that your arrival and departure will be safe and timely to avoid unnecessary parking charges!!
