Today we helped Mr. Greg plant a tree. Most of us took turns shoveling in the dirt and we discussed the parts of the tree and the needs of a tree.

For our #TURNTOLOVEHTX project we had officer Mott and officer Valle visit our class and share how important it is to have their help and what they do for our community. We also shared ways that we can be kind.
We met two new coaches for Jump Bunch today. Coach Ryan and Coach Liam came to meet the class and to observe how much fun we have in Jump Bunch.
With Ms. Madeline we showed our love of country by discussing ways that we respect the flag . We practiced marching in a parade with our flags, too. And we talked about the 5 branches of military and some of the ways they travel.

Bye Bye Buggy!

We hope everybody had a nice weekend. This morning the children had a bye bye buggy ride. Besides a fun ride the buggy provides the children many opportunities for sensory exploration. They get to experience the different sceneries, noises, and smells. These different experiences allow the opportunity for the children to form connections with their environment. So next time you see us on the buggy be sure to say hello!
