Hello!

Here are a few reminders for a successful week.

Please remember:

· to label your child’s belongings (sippy cups, bottles, extra clothes, bedding, etc) with their first and last name.

· that your child needs a bedsheet every week and that they are able to bring a blanket for naptime.

· to check the diaper chart and bring in diapers and or diaper cream if needed.

Our friends have been working hard in Movement I – they have started to place their naptime items back into their cubbies. The children really enjoy being part of the cleanup process as it provides an opportunity for them to demonstrate their independence.

In Movement I we begin to introduce family style dining. Eating family style has many benefits such as the opportunity to practice social skills, verbal communication, and as well as non-verbal communication (sign language). Some of our older friends have begun showing interest in helping set the table.
