Go Texan Day Fun!

Take a look at some of our Go Texan Day activities. We have Horseshoe scrubbing, Boot polishing and a Western observation box. The children are eager to work with these activities during our Houston Rodeo times.

Jumpbunch brought practice of coordination skills of balancing a ball on a paddle. Arts Alive took our imaginations to a Dog Show. Ask your child to tell you more about these activities.

Tomorrow is Go Texan Day. Wear your fanciest duds.

This morning was Mad Minutes. The children are doing a fabulous job of working towards completing 30 addition problems in 3 minutes correctly. Ask your child how many math problems they completed today.

Tomorrow is Jumpbunch and Arts Alive. Tennis shoes are the safest shoes for these classes.

Friday is Go Texan Day. Remember to wear your best Western Attire.

This morning we reviewed coin recognition and the value of the penny, nickel, dime and quarter. We even learned a song about money. Ask your child if they remember the song and can sing it to you.

During Jumpbunch class this morning the children enjoyed their obstacle route. This was a fun activity for them to practice their coordination and balance skills.

Tomorrow is Chinese New Year. Children may come to school in their pajamas. Please have them wear regular school shoes.
