Thank you Veterans for all you do for the USA!

This morning during circle we worked with our Five Senses. The children are learning that they are smelling, seeing, tasting, touching and hearing. You can help your child learn about their 5 Senses by spying something at asking them which sense or senses helps them learn more about.

Monday is music class. This class begins at 9:00.

Do you know your child’s schedule during the week of Thanksgiving? If so, please inform us of their schedule. Please remember the school will be closed Thursday, 11/24 and Friday, 11/25.

This morning the children worked on their addition skills with the lesson called Addition Strip Board. This lesson helps reinforce addition facts and helps speed up problem solving skills.

During Arts Alive the children ROCKED OUT to music by Joan Jet, Elvis, Queen and the Beatles.

Tomorrow is dance class.

Do you know your child’s schedule during the Thanksgiving week? If so, please inform us of the days they will be missing school. Please remember the school will be closed Thursday 11/24 and Friday 11/25.

This morning the children practiced a Yoga move called the turtle. This was challenging but fun to try. Ask your child to show you how to do it.

Tomorrow is Jumpbunch and Arts Alive. Tennis shoes are the safest shoes for this class

This morning the children participated in their own voting experience. Their Candidates were Donut Holes and Muffins. They were to choose the Candidate of what they want for special snack tomorrow. They also learned new words and the vocabulary of Candidate, Ballot, Voting Booth, Election.

Tomorrow is Yoga and Chapel. Yoga begins at 9:00.

This morning during music class Mr. Jason took us on a whale hunt. Before we could do that, we had to build a boat. The children used rhythm sticks to tap the beat to their boat building song.

Tomorrow is Soccer Shots.

Tennis shoes are the safest shoes for this class.
