This morning the children worked with a lesson about plants and the food we get from them, such as, tomatoes are used to make ketchup and oranges are used to make orange juice. Ask your child what other type foods we might get from plants.

During soccer shots this morning the children learned how to do a roll. If you have a ball at home, ask them to show you this soccer move.

Tomorrow is dance class. This class begins at 9:30.

This morning the children enjoyed a fun game of croquet during their Jumpbunch class. This game is a great activity to help further develop eye/hand coordination. Ask your child how they did playing croquet.

This morning’s lesson was the 10’s frame. Children practiced their math skills to figure out how many more they would need to make 20. Of course the children did great with this lesson. This is an easy activity that you can do at home to help children practice their counting skills and addition skills.

Tomorrow is splash day. Children may come dressed in their swim suits with a cover-up on. A plastic grocery bag or swim bag is recommended for your child to place their wet belongings in. Please, No Crocs.

This morning the children enjoyed making patriotic bracelets and wind socks. They will be going home today with your child. Ask to see them. Please remember the school will be closed on Monday, July 4. Tuesday, July 5, Ms. Yessica will return. We have missed her while she was attending Montessori training.

Have a Fun and Safe 4th of July!
