This morning was our 1st chapel for the summer season. Chapel will begin at 9:30. We enjoyed participating with Primary 1 and Primary 2. We also enjoyed singing and learning new songs with Ms. KariAnn and Ms. Elizabeth. Ask your child their favorite chapel song. Chapel t-shirts are available to purchase. Please stop by the front desk to pay for one. How many green shirts will be worn next chapel?

Tomorrow is Jumpbunch class. Tennis shoes are the safest shoes for this class.

Welcome Back from your Memorial Day Holiday! We hope everyone enjoyed their week-end.

This morning we enjoyed reviewing place value by composing numbers into the thousands. The children did a nice job of remembering this lesson and how to compose numbers with concrete material.

Yay! The Kindergarten class was observed this morning by the NAEYC Assessor. We felt like everything and everyone left a positive impression with her. We will find out how well we did soon.

Our lesson this morning was a review over patterning. The children did a great job remembering what patterns are and naming them as an AB, ABB, ABC, etc. pattern.

Will your child have an extended Memorial Day holiday? If so, please let us know of their schedule.

We are still needing a few departure dates for some children. Please, remember that a 45-day written notice is needed.

Are you aware we are going through accreditation renewal? Our visitor has been in the building today and will be visiting the Kindergarten class in the morning. Please help us welcome our assessor.

This morning we reviewed and learned about what a sentence is. We learned about the punctuation marks ( ., ? and !). Ask your child to tell you more about a sentence and the names of the punctuation marks we talked about today.

Will your child have an extended Memorial week-end? If so, please inform us of their schedule.

Has your child’s original departure date changed or are you just decided it? Please let us know so we can help plan for your child to have a smooth transition.
