Reading is fun!

May 17, 2018 by Nursery Two

Nora is showing off her interest in books. Nora is looking at one of our class favorites, which is The Babies on the Bus. We have a new library and a cozy corner in our classroom. Some of the babies really are enjoying the new addition to our classroom. Our infants are learning how to turn the pages of a book, point to the pictures, and listen to stories attentively. At school we love to read books. This is a classroom song we sign during circle. Read, read, read a book. It will help you grow. If you read a book each day, a lot you will know. Read, read, read, a book. Books are really cool. If you read a book each day you’ll do well in school. Try singing it at home with your baby.

Hello All,

A great big thank you to the mommies and daddy for attending Moms and Muffins. The infants were so happy and excited their mommies had a chance to have breakfast with them and to show off their surprise gift. Have a wonderful Mother’s Day and weekend.

Cinco de Mayo

May 4, 2018 by Nursery Two

Hello , Happy Friday and Cinco de Mayo

We had an awesome and fun filled week in Nursery II. We listened to stories in English and Spanish, counted 1-10 in Spanish, danced to Spanish music, and played with a piñata. We really enjoyed watching Ms. Shatavia and Ms. Angela dance to Spanish music. The babies were so fascinated and full of smiles. We hope everyone have an enjoyable and relaxed weekend. See everyone back on Monday.
