It’s Thursday!

We hope everyone is enjoying their week so far. This morning we reviewed our safe place drill procedures with the children and reassured them that all will be well. We would also like to wish Jenna a Happy 3rd Birthday! She is awesome!!

Today we simply wanted to share the children’s love of work. It can be so beautiful.

What is a fossil??

Today the children found out that fossils are formed from the remains of once living animals or plants preserved in a rock. The children also learned that a person who studies dinosaur bones/ fossils are called Paleontologists. Many of the children were excited to share that they have seen dinosaur bones at the museum.

It’s Monday!!

Welcome back everyone! This morning the children were excited to share all about their fun adventures over the weekend. During circle time the children had a group lesson with the sandpaper letters S, M, T. Individually the children who chose to try the lesson worked on tracing the shape of the letters and saying it’s sound.
