Story Time with Mrs Clause

December 9, 2016 by toddlertwo

In the news tonight!

Santa’s sleigh was seen hovering over Cathedral House Episcopal School earlier this morning. Long lines and traffic was reported as parents lined up to have their children’s picture taken with the famous man in red and his endearing wife. Later all the children enjoyed an engaging story with Mrs Clause,

“Twas The Night Before Christmas.” It was awesome start to the weekend.

Sinterklaas Day

December 7, 2016 by toddlertwo

This month in the midst of all our December festivities, we will be learning about holiday celebrations in other parts of the world. Today the children had a visit from Sinterklaas or St Nicholas.

Sinterklaas or Saint Nicholas Day is celebrated on December 6th in many European countries. On St Nicholas eve the children place their shoes by the hearth with a treat of hay and carrots for SinterKlaas trusted horse. When they wake in the morning, they find that the carrots are gone, and that Sinterklaas has filled their shoes with small toys and sweets.

Hopefully Everyone enjoyed their Thanksgiving Festivities. I did!!!

Okay we’re Back in the saddle, and riding this Holiday season out until it’s CHRISTMAS!!!!!

We only have 2 ½ weeks before that special day. It is fastly approaching. We had our Music

instructions. He played the harmonica….we had to guess the name of the song. YAY!!!

We’re really smart kids. Mr. Jason brought a special friend today. It was BOB the Clam!

Stay tuned for details on how you can be a special part of our Upcoming Christmas Show!!!!!
