Wow! VBS has been full of fun activities. Has your child come home and talked about it? This morning we visited Argentina and talked about Gratitude. Tomorrow is our last VBS class. This morning during VBS we traveled to Switzerland and experienced Ice Fishing, a game called Fox Walks Around and learned about the man who started the Red Cross. Take a look at everything we did today.
This morning during VBS we learned about Humility, played games and tasted foods from South Korea. Ask your child to tell you about their fun VBS adventure.
Tomorrow we will learn about Hospitality. VBS begins at 9:00. Please help with a smooth transition and have your child here no later than 8:45. If they will be eating breakfast then please have them here by 8:30.

Today the children enjoyed working together with free work activities. Free work activities help develop fine motor skills, creative thinking and cause and effect. Some of the most popular activities are cutting and gluing and Legos.
To get ready for splash day next week a couple of the kindergarten children helped wash up the splash day toys. A special Thank you goes out to Gwyneth and Miles for helping with this.
Vacation Bible School begins Monday, June 5 at 9:00. The children will visit Korea and learn about humility. Please make sure your child is at school early enough to help make their transition run smoothly. Allowing plenty of time to eat breakfast and take a restroom break will help with a smooth transition.
The children practiced their Yoga moves this morning with Mr. Nick. Ask your child to show some of their favorite Yoga moves.
William brought in Hermit Crabs today for show-n-tell. These little crabs were very exciting for the children to see. If your child starts asking for one as a pet you now, know where the interest started.
Today is the last day to sign up for VBS. This fun class starts next week.
