Hello Jello!

September 2, 2016 by Movement One

Happy Friday!

This morning the children were able to squish, touch, and eat rainbow jello as part of our sensory bin activity. Sensory bins are excellent opportunities for children to strengthen their fine motor skills, improve concentration, stimulate their senses, and simply it’s just fun to get messy. Jello is a good tool to use for sensory activities because it’s cold, it wiggles, and best of all its edible! Some of our friends really enjoyed feeling the jello in their hands while some friends were hesitant to touch it. We hope that everybody has a nice three day weekend. See you Monday!
