October 30, 2017 by Kindergarten

This morning we learned about the Parts of a Pumpkin and the important role some of the parts have. Do you see the slimy stuff Harrison and Ailey are taking out? That is called, fibrous strands. Emma is perferating our pumpkin. This will help make carving it a little easier. How many seeds do you think we have in our Pumpkin? The children have many guesses ranging anywhere from 4 to 110. We will find out the total amount tomorrow.

Tomorrow is Halloween. Please leave costumes at home. Children are encouraged to wear their favorite Fall or halloween shirt tomorrow. If you are planning on sending individually wrapped goodies for your child to share tomorrow please remember that we are a nut free school. We have 15 children in the Kindergarten class.

Book Orders are due Wednesday. Nov. 1
