February 7, 2018 by Kindergarten

Every Wednesday is Mad Minute’s This is a timed math activity allowing children to complete as many addition problems as they can in a 3 minute time frame. We are so proud of everyone’s progression. Ask your child how many problems they were able to answer correctly.

This morning in chapel, Ms. Karri Ann read us a story about Jesus Transformation. Ask your child to tell you more about this story. We also sang the song, Jesus Loves Me and signed the words Yes, Jesus Loves Me.

(Yes-make a fist and tilt it up, then down) For the word Jesus, point up to heaven.

(Loves- Hug self) For the word Me, point to yourself.

Tomorrow is Jumpbunch and Arts Alive. Tennis shoes are the safest shoes for these classes.

Please take a few minutes to write a Love Note to your child. They enjoy receiving them. You can find the supplies on the table near the Kindergarten Bulletin Board.
