Pumpkin Patch Parade In Arts Alive!

October 13, 2017 by Toddler One

Yesterday we had a lot of fun with Ms. Wendy.

She brought her own pumpkin patch!

We got to roll our pumpkins to see how fast they went! All that rolling made the paint come off so we painted them back.

We made circles on the floor with orange streamers.

At the end, we even had a chance to catch pumpkin seeds (bubbles) !

The toddlers had a blast!

We continued to learn about cardinal directions today. Did you know that our bodies can become a compass? We learned that our head points North, our feet point South, our right arm point West and our left arm points East.

The children had fun hanging bats and spiders on a clothes line with our clothes pin lesson in the practical life area.

We had fun in Jumpbunch balancing. The children balanced forward and sideways on balancing logs.

Scholastic Book Orders are in! Please look in your child’s cubby for your order.
