Do you know what a globe is? We continued to learn about our Earth and learned that a globe is a model of the Earth. We also learned that our planet is made of land and water that are called continents and oceans.

We worked in our language area with a Halloween spot the difference work page. The children were excited to work with the lesson and use spiders to mark the differences!


The children had a great time Soccer Shots. Lots of goals were kicked and a few where even made.

Faces!!

Hi! This morning we discussed and brought to the forefront the concept of “Who am I” and What do I look like?” It was amusing to watch the children become self-aware of their facial expressions as they made funny faces in the mirror. Later they drew a picture of their own face. In the words of “Willoughby.” “I look good!!!”

This morning in Soccer shots the children practiced their roll over, pullback, and popcorn skills. The word of the day was encouragement. The children did great cheering on their friends during a small soccer game. Ask your child how many goals their team scored.

Tomorrow is Chapel Day!
