We had our first chapel of the school year & the class was very excited. We will be having our children’s chapel in the golden chapel until further notice. We are happy to have all of our children signed up this year!!

Our lesson this morning was about Opposities. The children learned that the opositie of up is down, dark is light, hard is soft, etc. Ask your child to practice opposities at home with you or while commuting in the car.
This morning soccer shots class was filled with so much excitement. The children were ready to get back and do some moving. The children worked on their control, dribbling, and shooting skills, during a fun game of octopus. Ask your child how many goals their team made. The word of the day was respect. The children did great showing respect to their teamates and opponets during a game of soccer.
Chapel begins tomorrow. Children attending will need a permission slip filled out. If we need one filled out for your child we will be sending it home with them today. Please make sure it is returned in the morning.

Do you know who cleans your teeth when you go to the dentist? We read the book Let’s Meet a Dentist by Bridget Heos and learned that the dentist has a helper, a hygienist, who cleans our teeth.
On circle we worked with two our classification lesson in our math area. We classified picture cards of objects we see in our homes, in our yards, and at the beach as well as desks, beds, and chairs.
Today was our first soccer shots of the Fall semester. Everyone had a great time!
