Welcome Back!

We kicked this week off with some patriotic artwork. The children created fireworks out of toilet paper rolls and paint. We created the firework shape by cutting the rolls into strips so that when the children pressed down it would create a firework silhouette. Creating these fireworks not only engaged the children’s creative sides but also encouraged them to use their fine motor skills (holding the roll) and gross motor skills (the up and down motion).
