Butterfly watch 2017
Today one of our caterpillars attached its self to the lid of its container getting ready to prep its chrysalis. The children love coming in every morning and observing them.
Thank you to the parents who were able to attend our chapel service in the big cathedral. Father Art shared the story The Road to Easter as Ms. KariAnn shared the illustrations that she herself created.
This morning during chapel we enjoyed learning about Jesus Walk on the Road to Easterwhich was read by Father Art as Ms. KariAnn told us the story through pictures. Tomorrow is our annual Hat parade and Egg Hunt. Parents are welcome to join us for the parade at 9:30.
If you have not returned your Kindergarten questionaire we would appreciate that you do A.SA.P. These forms help us make future arangments for summer transitions. Please let me know if you need me to email this form again or to give you a hard copy.
The children were excited to work with our new mystery bag lesson in the sensorial area. The children used their stereognostic sense(our ability to identify objects based on touch without seeing them) to identify new spring objects like a chick, bunny, butterfly, etc.
The children enjoyed visiting the big cathedral this morning for chapel. Thanks to everyone who attended. We have handouts about the presentation that will be on your child’s cubby.

Our annual Spring Hat Parade is tomorrow at 9:30 a.m.
This month is all about welcoming and celebrating Easter. The children have learned how to sing and dance like “conejitos”! (little bunnies) The song goes like this, “Salta mi conejito, para tus orejitas, come tu zacatito, mi conejito, mi conejito.”Here is a short clip of the toddlers showing off their best bunny impressions.
