Happy Hump day and Hello February!
As many of you have already noticed we have decorated our classroom door and have started collecting love notes. Please feel free to write your little lovebug as many love notes as you would like and deliver them to the mail box located on top of the cubbies. Love notes are read aloud to the children during circle. We will be collecting love notes until February 14th. Thank you in advance for everybody’s participation.
Hi parents! Valentine’s day is around the corner and we want to make it fun along the way.
All parents are welcome to write love notes to your little cupid every day!
The notes will be on top of the counter as you walk in. When done writing your love note, simply place it inside the envelope.

Our February snack party menu has been posted on our corkboard.
This morning during Yoga the children practiced a few different poses. One Yoga move was a challenge. It is called the toe grab. We all enjoy putting our balance to the test with some of the Yoga moves Mr. Nick shows us.
Tomorrow is Jumpbunch class. This class begins at 10:30. Tennis shoes are the safest shoes for this class.
Tomorrow is Groundhogs day. Will we have an early spring or will we continue with winter for another six weeks?
Today we said good-bye to the month of January and welcomed in February. We talked about some of the fun activities that await us in the new month.
Did you know that tomorrow is Ground Hog Day?
We read the book Wake Up Ground Hog! About a ground hog named Phyllis who discovered that an early spring was coming. We also learned that animals that animals that sleep through the winter are hibernating. The children are excited to find out if the ground hog sees its shadow.
