Portrait orders are due tomorrow. The best way to place your order is on line with Lifetouch.

I spy a fun way to help the Visual learner by introducing I Spy lessons. Although our puzzle pieces were removed from our cards the children enjoyed using their visual sense to spy certain items on a card. Ask your child if they were able to spy things with their lesson.

Tomorrow is dance class. Book orders are due Monday, Oct. 10.

Hi Everyone!

What a beautiful day!! This month we will be focused on developing visual-spatial awareness in the classroom. Children with visual-spatial intelligence often enjoy building with blocks, sculpting with clay, enjoys art and viewing pictures as well as having an eye for patterns and puzzles. This morning the children built/created their very own artistic creations with the use of gumdrops and toothpicks. It was a lot of fun and all the children were diligent and focused students.

On circle we worked with the cards and counters lesson from the math shelf. We worked on numeration (1-10) as we counted candy corn counters for each of the empty numbered jar cards.

The children had a fun time playing with balls in Jumpbunch class. They bounced, kicked, and threw balls to a friend as well as playing on their own.

Picture orders are due tomorrow. Checks can be made out to Life Touch or you can place your orders online.

Today was our yoga day. Mr. Nick showed the children a new way to stretch using the wall. The children were eager to try the new move.

The children worked on their fine motor skills perforating holiday perforation squares that we are using to decorate our bulletin board. The children also made Fall leaves using their hands for the leaves. Take a look at their cool art work displayed on the door.
