This morning during Jumpbunch class the children enjoyed playing the Lollipop game. This activity is a fun gross motor activity that helps further develop eye/hand coordination.

Thank you, Gwyneth! You were so kind to share fun water squirters with everyone.

Thursday Fun

September 1, 2016 by Nursery One

Happy Thursday Parent! This morning during our outside time, the children had fun with primary 2 friends as they were blowing bubbles. As you can see from their faces the kids loved everymoment of this.

This afternoon Luke and Kendall enjoyed having lunch together. From the smile on their faces they were excited to have Ms. Isabel feeding them.

Julian was enjoying a nice conversation with his new monkey friend. I’m wondering if they are discussing who is going to wintonight’s football game, the Texans or Dallas Cowboys!

On circle we said good-bye to the month of August, we reviewed all the things we learned about the continents, Brazil, the Olympics, and plants, and we said hello to our new month: September.

The children worked on a parts of a plant worksheet. They cut out and labeled the parts of a flower and colored the flower. Each of the children received a veggie pal to grow at home. They are excited to watch them grow!

Reminder: Scholastic Book Orders are due tomorrow. Please make out checks to: Scholastic Book Clubs
