Hello,

This morning the children had a concrete lesson about the fruit skins we eat, and the fruit skins we peel. The children were excited to share that they peeled their bananas at home, and that mommy did not peel their strawberries. After our discussion the children got to sample a bit of fruit from each category and tell us which one they preferred.

This morning during Jumpbunch class the children enjoyed a fun game of ball toss. They always enjoy playing ball with each other and using their coordination skills to throw a ball and to catch a ball.

Tomorrow is Splash day. Children may come to school dressed in their swimsuits with a cover-up over it. Please remember a towel and a dry change of clothes. Please NO Crocs.

Dads and Donuts is tomorrow. This special event will take place in the Kindergarten classroom between the hours of 7:00 and 9:00.

Happy Wednesday Everyone!

We hope your week has been going well thus far. This morning the children got together and spent time working on a small group project. Puzzles are a great way to build cognitive skills, problem solving, fine motor, eye hand coordination and social skills. Because it is always fun to work with our friends!

The children has a great time in Jumpbunch class. Coach Adrienne brought in balls for us to play with. The children had fun kicking, bouncing, throwing, catching, and rolling the balls.

Reminders: Dads and Donuts is tomorrow 7:00a.m.- 9:00a.m. The children are excited to share gifts as well as to eat donuts.

Splash Day is tomorrow. Please remember to have the children dressed for Splash.

Our little dancers were eager to begin dance class this morning. Today was the 1st of the summer schedule.

Tomorrow is Jumpbunch class. Tennis shoes are the safest shoes for this class. Jumpbunch is included in your tuition so all Kindergarten children will be participating in this fun, gross motor class.

Dads and Donuts is Friday. Please join us in the Kindergarten classroom between 7:00 – 9:00.
