Welcome back, we hope everyone had a great weekend!

Our room was abuzz with busy bees! The children enjoyed working in all areas of the classroom with phonetic sounds, numeration (1-10), fine motor skills, patterning, and nomenclatures.

We had a fun time in music class. Mr. Jason brought his friend Bob the Clam who sang a song about the ocean. He also brought a ukulele that he let us play!

We reviewed the facts we learned using our dinosaur flashcards. The children are still surprised to discover that a Pteranodon is not a dinosaur. They are now wondering if a Pterodactyl is a dinosaur or not.

The children had fun painting volcanoes to make erupting volcanoes using their hands for the lava.

Splash was lots of fun, lots of wet and happy children!

The children had a fun time working on a dinosaur egg hatching art project. The children chose a baby dinosaur to color and cut out an egg for it to hatch from.

The children had a great time in Jumpbunch. They crawled forwards ,backwards and raced through a tunnel! We cannot wait to continue the fun in Arts Alive this afternoon.
