We worked on a new shadow matching lesson. We matched a volcano, an egg, a t-rex, stegosaurs, brontosaurus, and a triceratops to their shadows.

The children had a great time in Jumpbunch. Coach Leon brought golf clubs, balls, and plastic holes. The children had a great time practicing their swinging and putting skills.

We hope everyone had a great Fourth. The children were excited to share stories of the fun they had watching fireworks!

We worked on developing our visual and observational skills with two new spot the difference dinosaur work pages. The children enjoyed looking at the different rows of dinosaurs and spotting the difference in each row.

What a fun day!

We made windsocks for the 4th of July and the children enjoyed sharing a yummy red, white, and blue Jello snack with our friends in Primary II.

Do you know what the stars on the flag represent? This morning we reviewed the information we learned about the 4th of July. We learned that the stars on our flag represent the states. Our state is Texas. We also saw pictures of past flags of the United States.

We had lost of wet and happy children during our splash!

On circle we continued to talk about the 4th of July and saw a picture of the signing of The Declaration of Independence. Take a look at the heart flags the children colored, they turned out great!

Coach Leon brought scoop ball for the children to play. They had a great time throwing, bouncing, and catching balls with a scooper. We are excited to see what adventure awaits us in Arts Alive!
